마음의 식탁(한정민 대표)이 5월 10일 열린 홍대점 사업설명회에서 예비 청년 외식 창업자를 위한 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공하는 청년키움식당 홍대점 ‘외식창업인큐베이팅’ 사업을 진행한다고 밝혔다.
청년키움식당 홍대점은 농림축산식품부 한국농수산식품유통공사가 주관하고, 마음의 식탁에서 운영하는 ‘외식창업인큐베이팅 지원사업’이다.
외식 창업을 희망하는 청년들에게 창업 전 실질적인 운영 기회를 제공해 무분별한 창업을 억제하고 외식 전문경영인을 양성하기 위한 목적으로 시행되고 있다.
2022년 5월 17일까지 신청서를 접수하는 청년키움식당 홍대점에서는 외식업 창업의 꿈을 꾸고 있는 만 39세 이하의 청년에게 기회를 제공한다(2개월씩 4팀).
참여 대상은 만 19~39세의 외식 분야 예비창업가이며, 서류, 면접과 실기 심사를 거쳐 최종 합격하는 팀들은 6월부터 내년 1월까지 2개월씩 홍대 매장에서 순차적으로 운영하게 된다.
자문위원으로는 △외식경영노하우의 저자 박진우 대표 △옥사부TV 여경옥 셰프 △명인밥상 한식명인 손승달 대표 △테이스티코리아 대표 신창식 교수 △모리앤쿡 대표 백은영 셰프 △여의도 쿠마 김민성 셰프 △가율푸드 대표 박민 셰프 △외식 컨설팅과 브랜딩 전문 와이비파트너스 구유빈 대표가 선정돼 활동하게 된다.
참가팀들은 임대료를 지원받고 외식에 필요한 설비를 갖춘 매장을 운영하며 경험을 쌓고 현업 셰프와 실제 외식업을 운영하는 자문위원들에게 메뉴 개발, 손익 계산, 온·오프라인을 활용한 홍보 마케팅 등 창업 교육도 받게 된다.
